All Fees listed below do not include service fees unless otherwise indicated.
Jury Demand
The Blount County Circuit Court Clerk serves as the Jury Coordinator for Blount County. Any case with a jury demand filed in the Office of the Blount County Clerk & Master will be transferred to the Law Division of Blount County Circuit Court.
