Asking for what you want from your boss or coworkers isn’t always easy! Join us to learn negotiation techniques that could help you to close a deal, resolve conflict, or get that raise you deserve. 

Class format features a short lecture on each topic, case studies discussion in small groups, and resources for use in businesses and organizations.  All classes are held in-person, with a Zoom option.  Classes are held at the Learning Lab, BCPL.  The Learning Lab is the renovated bank building on the left as you enter the library parking lot from Cusick Street.
