CALL FOR SPECIAL CALLED MEETINGS OF THE COORDINATING COMMITTEE ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2021 AT 5:00 PM, ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2021 AT 5:00 PM, AND ON MONDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2021 AT 5:00 PM TO BE HELD IN ROOM 430, AT THE BLOUNT COUNTY COURTHOUSE, COURT STREET, MARYVILLE, TN.
I, Mayor Ed Mitchell, pursuant to and in accordance with Tennessee Code Annotated § 6-58-104, I hereby call special meetings of the Coordinating Committee for the following dates:
Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 5:00 pm
Thursday, November 4, 2021 at 5:00 pm
Monday, November 8, 2021 at 5:00 pm
To be held in Room 430 at the Blount County Courthouse, Court Street, Maryville, Tennessee.
For the purpose of public hearings and discussion/possible action regarding a retraction request by the City of Alcoa to remove parcels of land located on the west side of Proffitt Springs Road, comprising of approximately 367 acres more or less, and a portion of the right of way of Proffitt Springs Rd, as set forth in Resolution No. R21-406 to amend the growth plan of Blount County within the Urban Growth Boundaries.
