How long will it take to get my purge payment?
It takes one to two weeks. We must have a court order signed by the Judge first before releasing the money.

Can I make my child support payment here?
The clerk's office can not accept child support payments. Payments may be made at the local Child Support Enforcement Office located at 1938 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville Tn 37804, their phone number is 865-981-2373.
Payment method taken is a money order.

Can you change my court date?
No the clerk's office can not change court dates. If you have an attorney, you must contact your attorney and if you are not represented by an attorney, you must call the local child support office to get a reset date.

How long will it take to get my purge payment?
