1. Is this where I get an Eviction Notice?

NO!
The Landlord/Owner must give a 30 day eviction notice to the Tenant(s).

2. How long does it take to get a Court Date for a Detainer Warrant?

An Officer will make up to three (3) attempts to serve the defendant(s). Usually will have a court date within 30 days.

3. What if Tenant(s) don't move within the 10 days of the Judgment becoming final?

A Writ of Possession will need to be filed. An Officer will contact the Landlord and set up a time to meet at the property to give possession of property to Landlord.
