Fireworks Sales in Blount County

All issues related to the manufacture, sale, offer to sell, shipping or receiving of fireworks in Blount County are directed by state law - T.C.A. § 68-104-101 et seq.  T.C.A. § 68-104-101(8) states that seasonal fireworks sales are allowed from June 20 - July 5 and from December 10 - January 2.
