The goal of the Maintenance Department is to provide quality, cost-effective, and timely maintenance and repair services for the majority of the buildings owned by Blount County Government, including the following:

Justice Center
Health Department

Satellite Offices of the County Clerk (Foothills Mall, Library Learning Center)
Probation/Recovery Court
Animal Shelter
BCSO Training Facility
Operations Center
Courthouse Annex
