Cases to be set at docket soundings: conservatorships, adoptions/name changes and contract/debt disputes. The maintenance of the Chancery Court docket, including the setting of motions, pretrial matters and docket sounding is the responsibility of the Clerk and Master.
Scheduling: All Chancery Court hearings must be scheduled through the Clerk & Master’s Office with Stephen Ogle, Clerk & Master.
