Comics Plus
Comics Plus offers unlimited, simultaneous access to thousands of digital comics, graphic novels, and manga from your favorite publishers. With your library card, there are no holds, wait lists, or monthly borrowing limits, and your age determines the collections you have access to. Each week, new titles are added, with collections that include great selections for different age groups. You can access Comics Plus from your web browser or download the app from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Tennessee R.E.A.D.S. & Libby App
Tennessee R.E.A.D.S. offers over 100,000 e-books and audiobooks to patrons of public libraries like ours that belong to the Regional Library System. Hoopla
Hoopla is a digital media service you can access for free with your BCPL library card. Borrow ebooks, audiobooks, comics, movies, music, and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, phone, or even your TV. You can access Hoopla from your web browser, or download their app from your device's app store, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
