According to Sections 5-8-201 and 5-8-202, Tennessee Code Annotated, the Board of Commissioners may appoint three (3) of its member, who, in conjunction with the County Trustee and County Mayor, shall constitute the County Finance Committee. The County Fiance Committee shall be vested with full power to formulate, make, and sign a contract for the primary County bank account.
