Rules of Conduct

Please take a few minutes to read our Rules of Conduct (PDF) for library patrons and usage of the library.

Fines

Fines will be reinstated on July 1, 2023. Fines will be charged on overdue materials that are checked out on or after July 4 (fines will not be charged on items checked out prior to July 4).

  • Fines for all materials (excluding hotspots) will be $.25 a day
  • Reserves not picked up will obtain of a fine of $.25 a day
  • Fines for overdue hotspots will remain $2 a day
  • A $5 processing fee will be owed for lost/missing items

Number of Days

  • Books, CDs, and audiobooks are checked out for 21 days.
  • DVDs and magazines are checked out for 7 days.

Maximum Number of Check Out Items per Library Card

The maximum of checkouts is 15 Books and 4 for each of the following:

  • Audiobooks on Cassettes
  • Audiobooks on CD
  • DVDs
  • Magazines (Limit of 12 Per Family) 
  • Music CDs

Renewal Information

Materials may be renewed 3 times, except for items that are on reserve. Renewals can be made from our website or by phone at 982-0981. You must have your library card number when you call.

Drop Offs & Fines

A drive-up book drop is located on the Cusick Street side of the building and is available for the return of materials from 7:30 AM Monday - 4:30 PM Saturday. Materials can also be returned internally when the building is open.

Photo Copies Price

The Library does not have a fax available for public use.
