Fees
Fees for photocopies are:
- Per Page $.50
- Certification Fee $5.00
If requested copies are under $1.00 there will be no charge.
Requesting Access to Public Records
Requests for inspection and copies may be made orally, in person, or in writing using the form linked HERE. Our office address is 1229 McArthur Road, Maryville, TN 3780 and our phone number is 865-380-4295. Our office staff is limited, so please call ahead for an appointment before coming by. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Marriage Licenses
If you are requesting copies of a marriage license, you will need to provide the first and last name of both parties at time of marriage as well as the approximate year of the marriage.
